   This is a service in which users must call to reserve a teleconference and obtain both a host and a guest code There can only be one "host" per conference, while one "guest" code is valid for up to 19 participating parties. For security reasons, each set of access codes only active for 48 hours after being assigned. The Basic Access Communications service charge of $7.99 is a monthly recurring charge and can be cancelled at any time. The initial 100 minute block is shared among all users in the teleconference. Any account that incurs overages will be subject to an additional $7.99 charge and will be allotted 50 minutes of teleconferencing minutes.
